This award honors local artist, Wayne Hyde, a Bedford County resident who has a passion for the Arts. He has designed and constructed many monuments and statues both in Everett and Bedford and across the United States. Wayne was instrumental in the design, development, and construction of the Medal of Honor Monument honoring two local Everett Congressional Medal of Honor recipients. He is a phenomenal artist whose talents have been greatly recognized and appreciated!
